Chewing fingernail smacks a little too much of cannibalism to me, so I was glad the lads didn’t give me cause for grief last Sunday. Could’ve got bloody.     Ha ha – cricket born of people being stoned to death!! That’s a very funny concept, people trying to preserve their lives, hitting the stones back…

    Yes, the news has hit this part of the world. It was huge news to some of the men at work, & around the coffee pot in the kitchen. The way you described the town though, with all that joy going on – you know, I truly love it when people are joyous in crowds, not angry mobs. I love that joy.

    Great write up, Bryan. I didn’t know you had tried so many sports.

      The Spanish are great at enjoying themselves, they aren’t nearly as inhibited as the Brits.
